About Our Syrup


To substitute maple syrup for granulated sugar:

for 1 Cup sugar use 3/4 - 1 C. syrup to taste.

For baking, reduce liquid 2-4 Tbsp. per 1 cup syrup used. Add 1/4 tsp. baking soda and reduce oven by 25 deg.
